Put simply, the transactional hypothesis states that objects created by a transaction tend to die when the transaction ends. Our new transaction oriented collector or TOC algorithm focuses attention on these objects thus improving overall GC throughput and scalability while delaying the need to do a full heap GC. 7 points posted by kenny https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gCsFxXamW8RRvOe5hECz98Ftk-tcRRJcDFANj2VwCB0/preview 911 Fri, 24 Jun 2016 21:17:00 +0000 New SSA Backend for the Go Compiler #compilers 6 points posted by marko https://docs.google.com/document/d/1szwabPJJc4J-igUZU4ZKprOrNRNJug2JPD8OYi3i1K0/edit?pref=2&pli=1 750 Sat, 02 Apr 2016 12:03:00 +0000 Slides: What's coming in Go 1.15 #releases From Daniel Martí at Go Remote Fest, 2020
5 points posted by gopher https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1veyF0y6Ynr6AFzd9gXi4foaURlgbMxM-tmB4StDrdAM/edit#slide=id.g840eaeb4b4_0_19 4320 Mon, 27 Apr 2020 19:41:00 +0000 Slides: Security Checklist for a Go Developer #gophercon
Security Checklist for a Go Developer by Elena Grahovac at gophercon russia
5 points posted by kenny https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1adnt86KFEA-XEU7GW3YpwoFT3gn7BPR3tNyWbuEuqZ8/edit?usp=sharing 3916 Sat, 13 Apr 2019 14:13:00 +0000 Slides: The monsters inside the sync.Locker Slides from a talk at dotgo by Roberto Clapis 5 points posted by kenny https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1tyLYa5ucxVx-_h-GRaHYKzhQBaCTBP4B-Lai3wkmj6A/edit#slide=id.p 3873 Tue, 26 Mar 2019 21:38:00 +0000 Hiring: Software Engineer on the Go Open Source Project #nyc
You do not need to have open source experience, but you should have a track record of positive community interactions.
